RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. We offer a free return service for items being returned/exchanged within Australia. This service is only valid for one return/exchange per item.
For international orders, we happily accept returns but we are unable to process exchanges right now. If a refund is requested we will issue you with a full refund minus the original shipping cost (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please note international customers will be responsible for the cost of posting the item(s) to Australia, with the exception of faulty items. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
- HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
If you would like to make a return/exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to exchange your item/s, then also include the shipping address in the email. Once we have received your email, we will send you a return envelope the next business day. Pack the item/s you want to return and sign the Dangerous Goods Declaration at the front. Simply drop the parcel off in an Australia Post red post box.
Please email email@example.com. We will reply with detailed instructions, return address and arrange for it to be processed as soon as possible.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
Once we have received your item/s we will refund you the next business day. We will email you once complete.
If you have paid by PayPal: Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you have paid by Credit Card: Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Once we have received your item/s we will send your new item/s out the next business day.
