RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 21-day return policy from the date of purchase as long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged and original tags attached), or if the item is faulty. 
 
Australian Orders
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. We offer a free return service for items being returned/exchanged within Australia. This service is only valid for one return/exchange per item. 
 
International Orders
For international orders, we happily accept returns but we are unable to process exchanges right now. If a refund is requested we will issue you with a full refund minus the original shipping cost (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please note international customers will be responsible for the cost of posting the item(s) to Australia, with the exception of faulty items. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. 

  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Australia: Returns/Exchanges 
If you would like to make a return/exchange, send us an email at returns@palmandtiger.com.au. If you would like to exchange your item/s, then also include the shipping address in the email. Once we have received your email, we will send you a return envelope the next business day. Pack the item/s you want to return and sign the Dangerous Goods Declaration at the front. Simply drop the parcel off in an Australia Post red post box.

International: Returns
Please email returns@palmandtiger.com.au. We will reply with detailed instructions, return address and arrange for it to be processed as soon as possible.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

Refund
Once we have received your item/s we will refund you the next business day. We will email you once complete.

If you have paid by PayPal: Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you have paid by Credit Card: Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchange
Once we have received your item/s we will send your new item/s out the next business day.

  • WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Of course we hope this never happens and we work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at returns@palmandtiger.com.au so we can sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
